Recommendation Needed For A HTPC

Hi.
I would like to gather peoples thoughts and opinions on a graphics card for a HTPC build i will be doing. I would like both Amd/ATI and Nvidia recommendations. I will be streaming media from a NAS - 720 & 1080 p, and playing emulated games.
The only compulsory requirement, if possible, is that the card should be fanless.

Just remembered a second must have, HDMI connectivity. Thanks.
 
I use an Asus HD 4350 in my media Pc it plays every media type without a hitch and is fanless so silent and only cost £20..
 
Are any 6570/6670 cards available yet with passive cooling? If I was putting a HTPC together I'd want at least that level of shader power for the luma/chroma scaling techniques used in MadVR, as well as other shader based image post-processing and scaling.
