Recommendation please - OcUK gaming PC

Hi all,

Not got a gaming room in my new house

(blinking kids

) and I don't play my gaming PC anywhere near as much I used to so thinking of investing in a good gaming laptop instead, probably try to sell my PC on the market here as well but that's a separate thread.

Can anyone recommend (ocuk shop only) a good gaming laptop?

Say 1k but will go +/- £250 if it's worth while.

I'd say the hp omen 15 gtx 1060 at £1250 would be a decent choice. I have the 1070 max q and am really impressed with it. It's quite light for the size with a great thin bezel g sync screen so even when frame rates are relatively low it should be smooth unlike without g sync. Also screen looks very vibrant unlike most other laptops around the price. Downside is it uses battery quite quick so you want to be plugged in when playing as the Nvidia GPU is always in use due to g sync.

I was also looking at the Asus fx505. Shame neither are readily available for delivery at the moment though.

At the moment you can get a Dell laptop I think it is a g series 15 inch screen for around £1000 it comes with a i7 6 core processor, 16 GB of ram a gtx 1060 q max I think, so go onto Dells website to find out because there is a deal going on which makes it £200 cheaper.
