Recommendations for £130 budget GPU

Must be able to handle dual DVI outputs, and be DX11. HDMI output is fine but not absolutely necessary. Preferrably 1GB RAM or higher as will be powering two monitors, the highest of which is 1920*1200.

Not sure how good the XFX 6850 is (if you wanted to go new) but I know 6850 are meant to be pretty robust as well. If not 2nd hand 6950 would probably be the way to go.
 
If you can afford to wait a couple of weeks, see if Nvidia release the 660's, might shake up the pricing of the market a lil, have a 460 myself good cards, also heard the same about the 6870.
 
I'd say look around for a second hand 6950 and then unlock it to a 6970 as per the instruction in one of the threads
