Spent the last few months putting off getting a panel, but after seeing some recent zero dead pixel policies... Ive got nothing to lose!!
Did like the widescreens, however, I dont want to jeopardise gaming performance for a wider perspective... so I want to get the "BEST" 19" for the money.. with a budget of around £300 +- a few quid if necessary.
My shortlist:
Samsung SM940BF (2ms 700:1)
Samsung SM960BF (4ms 700:1)
Samsung SM970P (6ms but 1000:1)
Viewsonic VX922
Viewsonic VX924
Was also considering this PVA panel: SyncMaster 770P
http://www.behardware.com/art/imprimer/594
But after seeing the ghosting images... I was slightly put off.. would the 970p be any better, despite having same 6ms?
Would consider other brands.. however these 2 seem to have a good zero dead pixel policy, that I know of...

Any advice would be great.. cheers
