Recommendations for a CPU cooler?

Hi all,
I'm looking for a new CPU cooler I'm willing to fork out up to £40. I mainly want it for its cooling performance I don't really mind if its loud. My case is a Bitfenix Shinobi and my CPU socket is 1155. All suggestions welcome!
