Hi all. Im currently looking for an AV receiver and 5.1 speaker set up.
At the moment, I have a PC with a Asus Xonar D2X sound card (I know this will effectively now be obsolete!), plugged into a set of Logitech 5.1 speakers.
I also have a PS4 that either runs through the TV sound, or when I want to have a bit more to it, I plug it into the logitech speakers via an Edirol UA-25 that is powered by the PS4. (stereo only)
Its getting rather annoying changing things around all the time so I'd like a AV receiver to do the work for me
I've been looking at the Yamaha RX-V377, but haven't the foggiest where to start with speakers. Budget would be under £500. I could sell my sound card and logitech speakers to help with a few extra pennies. Having Airplay as a feature on the receiver would be handy too.
Any help would be much appreciated
