Recommendations for a new budget corded combi drill for general indoor D.I.Y use

Many other threads, just search combi drill.

Won't get much for £50, just a basic diy drill, want the drill to last, then double the sum.

This drill would be my choice, got one myself, been superb.

Same here, I have too many drills, corded & cordless.

One battery is ample, my Makita one last ages, & charges in 20 minutes.
Need to look a Li-Ion batteries cordless, wouldn't even consider NiCad batteries nowadays.
