I have a Silverstone TJ08B midi tower case (Link), so space is a bit tight and I've had to remove the HD caddy so I have enough space for my 470GTX which is 26cm long.

I want to get a smaller card so I can put the caddy back in and use the hard drive bays since I need more HD space and the eSATA port is too flaky for an external HD (which is what I have my Steam games on). The external Icybox HD caddy keeps disonnecting from the PC, so I want to just put the hard drives back in the tower case.

Can anyone recommend any besides the new GTX 750ti? That one caught my eye as this one is only about 20.4cm long : Gigabyte GTX750ti. I also like the fact they are supposedly very quiet.

Oh yeah, I guess price can be up to £150 so that narrows it down a bit.

The R7 265 is being released to retail in the next week or so too.

The Sapphire Radeon R7 265 Dual-X is meant to be very quiet too:

When overclocked it can hit R9 270X level performance and should be under £120 supposedly. It is around 8" in length.

This Sapphire Radeon R9 270 is 7.8" long:

The same card but with BF4 for £8 more:

Its quieter than average too.

This passively cooled R9 270 is under 8" too:

Oh nice one, thanks a lot mate! I read the 265 would be released too with better performance than the 750, but I had no idea of the measurements for it. I will go through those ones you recommended now.

Just to update, I ended up going with the Sapphire Radeon R9 270X Boost OC 2048MB. Apparently it's 22.8cm, so hopefully it will make it easier to fit everything in my case.

I wasn't fully confident in the passively cooled version by Powercolor and the only info I could find on it was on a forum where the buyer ended up adding a fan to it anyway!

Thanks CAT-THE-FIFTH for the advice!
