Recommendations for business email/calendar solution

The company I work for are looking for a mail and calendar solution. We currently use our ISP email and POP3 plus two free google calendars. However this is not practical as the company grows for all the obvious reasons.

Therefore looking for a nice integrated solution which is both cost effective and reliable. It also needs to allow the ability for a shared mailbox to deal with support queries etc

I'm currently edging towards Google Apps. It ticks all the boxes and offers all the features we require. Plus I know it'll be reliable as I've used them for 5+ years for email and calendar without any problems. The concern my boss has is the pricing on a per user basis and the potential for costs to spiral if Google decided to increase this cost. Not sure if the prices have changed since introduced?

Other alternatives are Office 365 but more expensive.

Zimbra but not meant to be as good as the other two.

Any others to consider or any thoughts on these and whether they're any good and are reliable.

To base costs - we currently have about 20-25 employees
