Recommendations for card under 240mm Length

I'm currently in the process of moving to ITX. I currently have a GTX260 which is getting on a bit now and I would like to upgrade it to something more up to date. The problem is I'm kind of out the loop when it comes to the current flavour of cards.

I have a 2500k which is currently clocked to 4.5gig. Can someone recommend a decent card for around the £200 which has a card length of 240mm or less?

AMD or NVIDIA I'm not really bothered just that its good performance for the price and if it overclock's pretty well then that's a bonus.
