Recommendations on budget keyboard and mouse

Hi,

I'm looking a decent budget keyboard and mouse combo as a gift for someone who uses their computers solely for administrative purposes and for browsing the internet.

There's a lot of junk at the low end, so does anyone have any recommendations as to what is decent for up to about £30 mark?
