Recommendations on cheap laptop

Hey everyone

I was wondering if any of you guys would have any suggestions for a laptop for doing a little bit of photoshop and slide making, and probably playing music.

Budget maybe £300 - 400.

I was looking for an el cheapo laptop with decent screen size for me to run Linux on it and came across the Belinea o.book 3, which OcUK stock, very good price from the specs I'm reading, so something to consider (bar the Dell range).

It also looks quite neat with its White-ness.
