Recommendations Please

Heya guys,
I've got an AMD athlon II X3 unlocked it to a phenom II X4 965 running at 2.9 Ghz however I am currently running on board graphics so I am looking for a graphics cards for 75 pounds maximum please.
I've been looking at hd 4670, 5670 and the 9800 gt any other recommendations are welcome also or the 8600gt silent also I have an arctic power 500 watts so would like to run on this.

I'm running a Q8400, 4GB DDR2-800 and a 4670 on a 300w.

Yes it is needed that I upgrade my ram just that right now I don't really game on it as I am looking to spend another good 200 pounds on ram, psu, cooler and graphics card to bring it into the current times really.
