Recommended 10-16 port managed switch

Was looking at the tplink units as they're not too deep but have seen a few things about the vlans on them behaving badly.

Any other recommendations? Ideally need one that's not too deep.

Would the Zyxel XGS1250-12 be any good?

It has eight 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 Ports and then a further three Multi-Gig ports (up to 10G) and one 10G SFP+ port.

It is a managed switch and I think its dimensions are (WxDxH): 250 x 104 x 27 mm (9.84" x 4.10" x 1.06")

Looks to be £229 direct from manufacturer.
