Recommended*24" monitors please

Good afternoon,

I have decided i am probably going to get a 24" monitor. I am still unsure about the 1920x1080p resolution. But it seems that the ones that are x1200 has 5ms or higher.

Can anyone Recommended*a decent monitor on the budget of £150.

Wouldn't pay much attention to the response time really, it's not going to make a noticeable difference in any of them.

I guess i'd be using it for a few games, and web browsing. Would you/anyone rate the benq?
