Wow, look, a software thread that isn't about Vista! 
I'm currently looking for some backup software to allow me to backup files to an external HDD.
Ideally, I'm looking for the following features:
Any recommendations? I'm not too fussed about point 3, if there's a cheap and reliable option for points 1 and 2.
Could the backup software that ships with Vista do all this?
I'm currently looking for some backup software to allow me to backup files to an external HDD.
Ideally, I'm looking for the following features:
- Scheduled automatic back-ups
- Back-up to a regular, readable format (i.e. if I backup a mp3, it stays in mp3 format on the external HDD and not as some kind of archive file)
- Ability to backup my website via ftp or ssh
Any recommendations? I'm not too fussed about point 3, if there's a cheap and reliable option for points 1 and 2.
Could the backup software that ships with Vista do all this?
