I want to give this Asus P8P67Pro board of mine one last try before forking out money on a Gigabyte board. What bios settings would you recommend for the settings below instead of just leaving them on auto or loading the bios default settings. All I want is a working stock speed system.

cpu core voltage
Pll voltage
BCLK
Ram voltage

The cpu is an I5 2500 3.3Gig
The ram is Corsair XMS3 1600Mhz

Thanks in advance for your help

It's going throught he duel boot routine, losing the keyboard after a period of time regardless of if it's a ps2 or usb keyboard which is pluged in. The cpu is running at around 45 C at idle with an arctic cooliong freezer 7 pro heatsink and fan. If I run prime 95 the cpu overheats within a couple of minutes.

Is your CPU a K version or not?

And what bios version do you have on your board?

The cpu is not the K version, the bios version is1305 build date 11/02/2011. It's started to stop responding to the keyboard while in the bios now.
EDIT well i've found the cause of the problems I'm having, a couple of bent cpu socket pins. It must have happened when I first fitted the cpu because I had to use so much force to get the locking lever down and latched I was half expecting the board to break under the strain.
