Recommended Business ADSL ISP

Hi,

Was just wondering who the recommended ISP was these days for ADSL, matching the following criteria:

2Mb service
20:1 contention
No 'fair use policy' (optional)
8 static ip addresses
allows custom reverse dns entries (optional)

Now I'm currently with pipex but moving office to a new location with new phone line & number so can be truly flexible - looking at Zen their 2mb service looks like it may fit the bill but wasn't sure if anyone had any other recommendations?

(BTW I have used the search but there's precious little on Business ADSL)

It's "capped" (peak/offpeak levels), but there's a whole range of options.

Uses IPStream Premium just now (so 20:1), and will get moved to IPStream Max Premium when it's available. They do custom rDNS, but you've got to pay (~£90) for a /29

My current favourites for when Zen kill off their old unlimited Home tiers, or I have an urge to move (and can muster the effort to get mail server for my domains going properly).

Enta's "business" as much as Zen's Office tiers are.
If you're looking for some kind of (worthwhile) SLA, neither of them are suitable.
