Recommended Clock Speed for gaming

Hi Guys

AS the subject says... What is the best clock speed for gaming?
I currently have a 3770K @ 4.5ghz.
is that too much?

if I run it at 4.2ghz, would that be sufficient ?

Higher the better, but are you getting issues at 4.5?

No, My 4.5 is as solid as rock. Ive had it that way for over a year
