Recommended Co-Location Providers

Can anyone recommend a good co-location provider in the North-West?

Ideally, Manchester or Liverpool.

3A for a quarter cab though? That's 11u which is less than 0.3A per u. A single 2u server with dual PSUs idles at 1A. Add in a switch, h/w firewall and another 2u server and very soon you're at your power limit with only half the cab actually full
