ILM is the standard for where the holes in the motherboard are for that socket type (2011)
the manual says i need an ilm cooler :/
looks like it comes with an adapter, but one review site ended up jamming bits of paper in with their AIO as they could not bolt one corner down i don't want to be in that situation..
Ah right, as long as the cooler supports 2011-3, you should be fine.
I have an X99 system as my primary PC and just had to change the AIO (pump failed) for a temporary solution - Phanteks TC14S and it was very easy to mount. Literally 4 screws directly in to the mounting points on the motherboard.
