being an nforce board, your cpu fsb and memory fsb are able to be altered seperately.
this means you can clock your cpu, and leave memory at stock without worrying about timings/ dividers and mem frequency etc.
then once the cpu is maxed out, you can, if you chose, alter the memory settings.
so to answer the OP, any of the ddr3 kits will be good, go for which ever you think suits your budget/demads the best.

this - clocks well and is one of the few 2x2GB kits on the market
though you made need a chepo stick ~£30 form elsewhere to enter the bios and up the mem voltage to 1.8v.
any of the OCZ kits would do you fine.
if its only 2GB your after then the kit suggested by reality|bites would be fine.
