recommended driver version for powercolour 5700xt

hi folks,

should have the 'basic' powercolour 5700 xt coming today

basically the xt version of this one:

I've googled, and looked at a few threads on this board, and as a result have d/loaded drivers 20.4.2 / 20.3.1 / 19.12.1 in readiness.

any advice, particularly from those who have this specific card, as to which version of the drivers has been a mainly trouble-free experience for them would be great.

Go with the latest and see how you get on, i've have no problems on any of the drivers except one black screen on the 20.02 drivers.

ok - thanks, but presumably not the beta ones - seem to be some problems reported in the driver thread on this board?

Like above just go with the latest version from AMD site. This will have all the latest fixes.

went with the 'recommended' ones i.e. 20.4.2 WHQL and all seems fine - although early days (hrs).
