Recommended fans for radiators?

Hi Guys,

So am in the process of getting bits for my first custom loop. I'm currently using all Silent Wings 3's for intake and on my 360mm AIO and am not sure whether or not I should get some fans more optimised for radiators.

If so what fans do you guys recommend in both 120mm and 140mm flavours?

I wouldn't mind some RGB but it's not really important.

Arctic P series are cheap and good for filtered intake and rads, or the next one up in their range is the Bionix if you're feeling more flush. No RGB though
