Okay i really wanna play a new game but have no clue what to play. im opened minded to all games strategy , action , mmorpg EVERYTHING besides League Of Legands -.-
If you lot can recommened me some games i will be most greatfull thank you

Got far cry 3, and tomb raider my mate completed that really quick so i dont wanna waste money on that, i also like games with a multiplayer :)

Tomb Raider is brilliant though ;) I'm really, really enjoying it.

SimCity is good fun, but I honestly wouldn't recommend it to anyone at the minute, the negative outweighs the positive.

StarCraft II is good and has a new expansion in a few days.

Yh my mate said tomb raider is amazing but its just to quick to complete then thats a watse of £30, Did look into SimCity thats a maybe atm, StarCraft 2 never liked them, im waiting for Age of Empires II HD too :)

My opinions
Crusader Kings 2 if you want something very slow and strategic but rewarding at the same time (don't ask me how, it just is.)
Minecraft if you want to build/construct items
Sim City 5 if you want to build/construct cities on a large scale
Medieval Total War 2 if you want the best RTS Old but still superb.
Guild Wars 2 if you want the most entertaining MMORPG.
Dishonoured if you want something a bit odd/FPS.
Evil Genius if you want something a bit Austin Powers meets Dungeon Keeper.

I just watched Arma 3 Alpha like 5 mins ago, Never heared of the games before what are they like and online? Hows the multiplayer and stuff

Guild Wars 2 is high on my list atm, but something tells me as soon as i buy it something better will come along lol dunno why tho

Age of Empires II HD will be awesome, but like Baulders Gate HD I don't think it's worth more than £10.

I'm a flipping huge fan of both games.

SimCity is ok but the bad outweighs the good, honestly, I'd wait and see what happens with it.

One of the massive problems with SimCity is the city size / scale. It is far, far too small.

Dishonoured is a top shout though, couldn't get in to it but it's pretty good.

Minecraft is always a good recommendation.

If you like minecraft, Terraria is worth a go. Theres a small hump to get into it, but once you do, it's too addictive.

If you're capable of running a server (large world size) and can grab a couple of friends, it can eat up hundreds of hours.

Yhh i have planetside2 but only problem is i need to find people to play with too help me understand game abit better

Here are some cracking RPG's that you may not have come across.

Gothic 2 (oldie but goldie and still looks great)
Gothic 3 (with 1.75 Community Patch + Community Mod Patch 2.4)
Risen
Risen 2
Divinity 2 DKS.

(I would also recommend Gothic 1 but it is very antiquated by now)

The above are my favourite RPG games and indeed the only RPG games that I have actually had any time for (aside from the Witcher series). Unlike the Boreware RPG's, the the dialogue between characters is interesting and always relevant to the quests in the game and the worlds are largely free roaming (in Gothic/risen case completely so) as opposed to aggravatingly restricted. Unlike the open worlds in the Bethesda borehemoth RPGs, the worlds in these games are full of secrets and interesting things to explore and adventuring across the landscape is very much part of what the game is all about, as opposed to it serving as a pretty time/space barrier between cordoned off towns and borefest repative dungeon after borefest repetative dungeon.

The RPGs on my list are also packed full of neat, charming, and original ideas and these games have thier own unique character and personality. This is probably as a result of these games being produced by small European dev teams as opposed to US based mass production line environment mega studios where the end result is nearly always technical brilliance accompanied by sanitised blandness.

If you, like me, wonder if it is the case that you are just getting too old to enjoy many games like the way that you used to, or it is rather the case that with the odd exceptions, modern games are morphing into monotone souless crap aimed soley at taking a big a bite of the market as possible, then the games on my list could help answer this question for you.
