Recommended gloves for karting

I came back from a hour's racing today not only generally knackered, but also with a lovely blister on my right hand.
Can someone recommend a nice pair of gloves?

I just use my motorbike gloves whenever I go and they do me fine and keep my hands from sweating, i would expect any bike gloves would do fine.

I use my mountain biking gloves when I go karting

I will 3rd the motorbike gloves and second the mountain bike gloved. Used both. I preferred the motorbike gloves, but I've worn them a lot more in the past.

Mine are these but in different colour, though overkill for karting, but any thin summer bike gloves will do fine.

agree'd I use my aplpinestrs GP pro bike gloves, a bit overkill, but work fine, and save me having a pair for bike racing and a pair for karting! lol (having said that they cost enough)

Any summer bike glove should do it. even a decent downhill mb glove.

im gona try my push bike gloves next time... the ones they supply are poor and it really hurts after 30mins lol

Thanks for the feedback guys, nice one. Do those have padding on the palm and fingers?

Looking at my pair, the top of the fingers is nylon i think, quite thin but warm, theres padding on the knuckles. The underside is leather and the black bit at the base of the palm is padded.
