Okay so my build will soon be i5 2500k, 8gb ram, p8p67 deluxe, corsair tx850m and a Palit GTS 450 1gb oc to 920/1840/1850, have to sell the contents of my old build and then the old GFX card when i get the new one, i play games like skyrim bf3 and cod and any future games to come, and id say i probably have a budget of around £200-£250 maybe 300 if i can push it.
Is there any good recommendations out there? is the 560 Ti enough or should I go for a 570 if i can get the money?
Or has ATI got better cards for the money out there?

Wow okay that looks really good, would you say it could run most games for example skyrim? and would i be able to sli it in the future with a 850w psu?

I have a 570 card and am very happy with it (mainly play BF3). Some will argue it's better to get 2 gig of VRAM (like on a ATI 6950 or 6970) but mine runs BF3 just fine everything maxed out (normal HD resolution), and I'm biased towards nVidia. The thing to consider is it may be wise to wait a few months until the new generation of cards come out, which will make the 560 and 570 cheaper, I bet lots will be for sale second-hand from our dear colleagues who get off on a few higher frame numbers on their screens. :D

The 570 should run everything out at the moment at 1080p and decent settings. That Asus card would not really be suitable for SLI though as it's a three slot card due to the epic cooler. A well made 850w PSU should be able to run 570s in SLI easily.

Another option could be to get the upcoming revised 560Ti.

So if I got a 570 with only 2 slots it would sli okay? But the mobo I have has enough space for a three slot gfx card plus a second one? So would it work in sli if there was the space? or would it have bad air flow?
Okay ill look into that and see what it will get on games, if I put the revised 560ti in sli would I have a better performace than a single 570?
Thanks for the help!

A dual slot 570 should be ok in SLI if your motherboard supports it. I would not recommend trying to SLI a triple slot card it's way too bulky. Even a normal 560Ti in SLI should better a 580 let alone a 570.

i really wish i had the money to buy that gtx 580 right now haha without even a doubt in my mind, but if sli 560ti's can out perform a single 580 i think ill be best going with that unless i get a bit of money in the near future and can buy 570 in sli :)

Apologies if I am highjacking this thread, but currently thinking of a 560Ti, but when are the revised ones due - should I hang on????

You should probably hang on for the revised one be better, if you've waited this long you should be okay for a bit :)

A search on google suggests the 560Ti with 448 cores is going to be released on November 29th. Although I don't think thats been confirmed by NVIDIA it'll probably be available before xmas.

Cheers for that - well worth waiting I think. Many thanks.
