Recommended HDR Games

I thought it would be a good idea to have a recommended HDR games thread! I'm going to add to this post as I test more...

Tier A - Awesome
Tier B - Very Good
Tier C - Good
Tier D - OK
Tier E - Bad

My suggestions -

Tier A

Destiny 2 - Switches HDR mode on and off by itself. Destiny 2 is the game seen on the screen of the AW3423DWF adverts.
Borderlands 3 - Requires HDR mode to be on when you run the game (perhaps using AutoAction). Has really colourful and bright weapon effects which really stand out in HDR.

Doom Eternal, I found that a little strange. I seem to remember you have to enable HDR in Windows to set it up, but then you need to disable it again or it is really washed out in-game. Also, as you say, not all that impressive.
It's interesting that you say Guardians of the Galaxy is HDR, I didn't even notice. I will have to take another look at that.

I’ll be honest, I would not know what 100% accurate is in regards to HDR. All I know is how much of a visual impact it has

You may have two games that are 100% accurate, no faffing about with 3rd party tools etc, but one might still be better enough to warrant being in a higher tier. That’s why for example you consider many games in my Tier B to be Tier A.

If we only have three tiers for me all my Tier B would go into A and C would become B etc. But I feel then there won’t as much differentiation. Though it certainly would make life easier.

Tier A - Awesome
Tier B - Very Good
Tier C - Good
Tier D - OK
Tier E - Bad

That would be how I would do it. But can keep it simple and go:

Tier A - Very Good
Tier B - Good
Tier C - OK/Bad

Plague Tale is outstanding in HDR.

Which one? From what I can see, innocence won't run in HDR on the PC.
