Recommended Hosted Exchange

Sort of in response to the other current thread on exchange without a server, can anyone recommend a provider for hosted exchange?

Just been looking at 1&1 and seems reasonable, if my mailbox is small enough, will have to check.

Know someone who uses Star for their stuff, small company with 3 people. Seems pretty happy with it.

I've been having a pre-sales chat with 'simply mail solutions' they've been extremely helpful, offer exactly what i want and are based fairly locally (i like to support local businesses where i can).

They are probably going to be the one i go for, if it's good then we (as a company) can look at doing our exchange solution that way - currently we only have a basic Unix/IMAP setup in house.
