Recommended me a nice restaurant in Liverpool please

I'm going to Liverpool with my girlfriend this weekend and after a nice restaurant if anyone can recommend one.
Something a bit special for a nice evening meal, quite traditional not Chinese, Indian etc

Lot to choose from in Liverpool.

Bem Brazil is very nice (various meats brought to you and cut/served at your table).

Sapporo Teppinyaki is a novel night out too, food cooked Infront of you, quite theatrical chefs.

A friend and his missus have ardently recommended 'Meet' to me - I've just never been in Liverpool to try it for myself.
Worth a go if amazing steaks are your thing.

I've read good things about "Pilgrim". Was one of the candidates on Million Pound Menu.

Another might be Röski which Anton Piotrowski's restaurant (previous winner of Masterchef Professionals, had Michelin Star at Treby Arms in Devon).
