Recommended PSU requirements?

I just need a recommended PSU for the following system:

ABIT IC-7 Max 3 mobo (Socket 478)
Intel P3.2 (Prescott)
Corsair 2 x 1GB Ram
1 x CD-Rewriter drive
1 x DVD Rewriter drive
1 x IDE HDD
1 x SATA HDD
Creative X-Fi Xtreme Music
GAINWARD 7800GS+ (AGP)

Just want to find out as I cant seem to get a clear enough answer elsewhere

I just calculated yours to be 291W. So anything above 400W will be good for a future system too. People will recommend Enermax, FSP, Seasonic and Tagan. Akasa, Antec and OCZ seem to be pretty good too.
