Recommended Thermal Paste?

Hi,

I'm going to be adding a new CPU into my AM4 system,
and I'm completely out of the loop in regard to which thermal paste to get.

Can someone please recommend a couple of options?

Is the sheet/pads (like the Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet) better or worse than the pastes?

In the end I went with MX4, though as per usual, I forgot that the cooler I bought came with a tube of paste.

This CPU seems to run cooler than the 3900X did - especially at idle or when in desktop, so all good so far.
