Recommended upgrade

Hey folks,

Had my 4870 now since release and think its time for an upgrade, I don't really want to spend a fortune like I did on the 4870 as gaming is more of an occasional thing now unlike a few years ago where it was a daily thing.

So looking for a suitable replacement < £200 that will last a compairable length of time with DX11 support just for dragon age 2.

Mmm according to that anandtech list the 6870 is slower than the 5870 o_O

The HD5870 was around £300 at launch whereas the HD6870 was around £175 to £200 at launch as they have been targeted at different markets.

Also,the AMD graphics card naming system has changed. The HD6970 and HD6950 are the replacements for the HD5870.
