Reconfiguring keys?

Is there any way of swapping the bindings for ;: key and the @' as i keep putting ; instead of an apostrophe. (I'd swap the keys on the actually keyboard too)

Using vista 64, and Firefox 2.16.

Don't mind if it;s just for firefox.

there are freeware tools to do this, but since you're just mistyping, i'd force yourself to learn, or get a new kb...

majorgeeks have them on their site (not sure how to search for them though, someone will know)
