Record Calls S22 ultra?

Is there any way to record calls natively on the uk version? I can see some instructions that show this as an option in the phone app settings but I don't see anything for recording.

If not natively supported is there a good trusted app for this?

I was under the impression that you cannot do this on Samsung phones for our region..Privacy laws n all that.

But I do believe it is still allowed in other regions, which means you can change the phones region code to allow call recording. But I'm not sure what other impact this would have on your phone. There should be info on this over on the xda forums.
