Record DVD from Sky + whilst watching something else.

Hi all - just got a DVD recorder and can't see any obvious way of recording off the Sky plus planner whilst watch something live off the TV or something else on the planner - I guess to do this you need to split the output across the scarts....is this poss at all ?

not possible

Best bet is to play stuff overnight and record then. Off the top of my head i'm not sure if theres a way to play multiple items from the planner in sequence automatically though.

I guess though that is the purpose of the copy function ie playback everything you have tagged as copy. Can't see any other purpose for it else it would be just the same as pressing play !
