Hi,

Is there any way I can record what's on my PC screen straight to a video camera?

What wires would I need & any programs if needed??

It'd just be cool to record any game laglessly :)

Just enable tv out on your card and stick the cable from the tv out port to the video camera in , you camera might have audio in, im assuming it will be red and white phono for audio so you would need a 3.5mm jack to phono lead if you want to record sound from games. you might also want a 3.5mm stereo splitter so that you can listen to your game sounds as well as record them, all this is available from electronic stores.

Try using fraps - fraps.com :)

Have done, lags in high graphic games though.

Hmm, OK, thanks. I think we've got all that stuff, I'll look into it.

You can also use a stand alone dvd-rw, but be warned recording with tv out using s-video often gives blurry results, anything you record will be limited to 720x576 and will be interlaced, so really the res would be 720x288..
