recording a real player stream?

WMRecorder will save it to a .RM file to save locally and playback in RealPlayer, but i cant seem to find one that converts it to AVI/MPEG etc

PS: i used WMRecorder to record a streaming news feed from the BBC which my lil' cousin was on and it worked ok :) :cool:
