Recording an online stream

There's an online stream that I want to record onto my PC so I can cut something out and upload it myself, is this possible?

It's an old BBC news story thingy.

A lot of programs use the WinPCap tool which watches all of the packets going through a network adapter. I'm not sure if the one above uses this but you can give it a try.
