I've been using Adobe Captivate to create some bite-size video's at work and Captivate 7 does not appear to allow the video to be published as an FLV file.

I've looked at a few converters, but they seem to degrade the quality of the video once converted making them not fit for purpose.

Does anyone know if you can force adobe to allow a publish to FLV or a decent converter which keeps the quality?

Adobe Premiere
Adobe Media Encoder
Xilisoft Video Converter

What converter did you try? Converting to FLV will inevitably reduce quality, but you can get the best by increasing the bitrate.

I'm unable to find anything on Adobe Media Converter and so far attempts to find decent software have been thwarted.

Trying Xilisoft Video Converter now.

Update**Xilisoft worked great but the video quality is awful even when changing the bitrate.
