recording flash videos???

Hi all,
please could someone tell me how i can save flash player vids??
i've seen a load of funny vids on youtube, and more importantly on exercise sites showing how to do certain exercises properly and i want to save them,
Anyone know how i can do this????

Using Firefox... Get the Extension called 'Unplug' works a treat!...

You might need a standalone Flash Player like 'FLVPlayer' and 'Swiff Player'...

All this stuff is free... :)
 
hi all tried everything so far and no joy PLEASE HELP!!!

in the link below you will see a very small clip of a guy doing an exercise with some weights, the clip is generated through adobe flash player 9, could you please take a look and tell me if there is a way i can save the clip
i have firefox and have tried what has already been posted.

maybe i'm just being thick!?!?!?!, just managed to get a file, but cant play it?? flv file?????
is this right, and what can i do?

right, managed to work out how to save the files, when in flv format i'm playing them back in total video player, e.g. a youtube saved flash vid


BUT...
still cant get the exercises to playback, downloading them as flv files but no playback, coul someone please take a look at the link AND try to play it back once saved

even when i try to open the saved file to convert it to mpeg or something it crashes the program??link;-

ONE OTHER THING!- i clicked a link to a stream and it opened a blank webpage and then opened w/media player and played it, nothing playable comes up when i "unplug" the blank page, and there is no "save as" option in windows meda player-how can i save this file??link;-
