Recording from an NTL Box to a PC. Is it Possible?

Is it possible to record from an NTL box onto a PC hard drive?

I assume its a case of plugging the scart cable into some form of media breakout box that is attached to the PC and telling it to record?

What hardware and software would I need to do this, if it is indeed possible?

Pretty much any tv card + an adapter from scart to whatever the tv card can take. IE Component or S-video

Is there SCART to S-Vid adaptors available? Its as simple as that yeah?

get a tv card/box and it's as simple as plugging in the cable, tuning it to the correct channel, and pressing record

This is assuming you have enough juice on your pc to actually record real-time
