Recording from Flash player?

My company have put a training video on a website for us to use but I was wondering if there was any way of downloading it or saving it as a file? Because I would prefer to watch it on my laptop without being plugged into internet.

Or even saving it as an audio file?

Its a flash player presentation.

In Firefox: right click > View Page Info > Media.

Is it listed in there?

i know its possible to rip the audio stream out of iplayer which is flash.. there is an app you can download, google is your friend

dig through the source code to find the flv/swf?
then copy paste in you browser to download
