Recording ITV HD problem (Sky+ HD)

In the last few weeks, any time we have recorded BGT on ITV HD, the recording doesnt fail or anything according to the sky box, but all we get is 60 minutes of blue screen, no sound or anything.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? We have the samsung box, and I will be on the phone with Sky in the morning, but I was wondering if it is a common problem?

Well, I finally got through to Sky, and I had to do a Sky+ rebuild to get them to work.

Well, i'll keep posting here with what is going on just in case someone else is wondering!

ITV HD recordings are back to being just blue screens. Sky are aware of the problem, but do not know the cause, and even suggested contacting ITV about it, not sure why. Anyway, I'm stuck doing regular rebuilds if I want to record from HD (luckily its only britains got talent, so I dont mind not seeing it!)
