Im not sure if this has to be in the console section or graphics card bit but here goes .
I would like to record if possible footage from any game i have on the ps3 i do have a hd fury which gets past hdcp , i would like to know if its possible to record to hd on my pc and what hardware and software is needed .:)

Like to record some killzone 2 footage you see :D

You can use somthing called a 'DVD Maker USB' (cant link it sorry) but it only works with the composite cables so you wont get HD.

I will see if there is a free trail for this black magic software , i have just seen the price of it :D
Must be good though for that price i will keep you informed on how i get on cheers for the help guys .;)

It's an amazing piece of kit. You will need a spare PCI-E slot to run it from. I have owned both the Pro and Non Pro versions of this card and both are amazing.

Black magic intensity is probably the best way to go, not mega expensive either.

Going on these posts im right in thinking there is a normal version and a pro .

So with me having that hd fury im able to just get the normal version , just unable to find a place to buy , i will keep looking ;)

You should only need the normal HDMI version it should work fine.

Not sure where I was looking before but I'm sure I saw one for £80 - £90 was probably an auction site.
