Recording Sky

Hi all,
I have recently put my plasma screen up on the wall and am just running cable for everything. I am running a vga cable to my p.c. under the floor and it made me wonder if its possible to record Sky.

If so what would I need, cables, tv card or whatever.

Any help would be great, thanks.

Clarkey, the vga cable is from my pc to my plasma screen.

scoopex, the sky box is just the standard box but it has two scarts and an S-vidio connection.

Would I just run an s-vidio and audio leads to my pc from the sky box?

Would this let me record the all the channel I get with my sky subscription?

If so could someone recomend a card to capture the s-video feed this way?

I might add a drive to my computer with Windows media center.
