Recording Sound... "what you hear" / Microphone

Ive been trying to figure out a while but couldnt of how to record a game, using XFire or FRAPS, and to record the sound of the game and Teamspeak or xfire and also record my own microphone...

ATM it just records what you hear and not the mic..

anything to do?.. i have Audigy 2 ZS card..

thanks, it works but my mike is really lould on it and i cant really hear the game at all hehehe..

was hoping for, record what i hear, and microphone seperately so they are 2 different streams, primarily so i dont hear myself.. thanks for your help
