With Freeview is it possible to record tv onto your pc?

Ya, a lot of programs that you watch TV with come with recording capability.

Maybe look for one with recording on it? Like AverTV.

I think you can do it with a TV Card..well i cant see why not

If you can capture games etc...

i dont have a tv card but could get one what else do you need for capturing? i would get sky + but cant afford

Well..im not sure if you can do it, but from the Freeview to your PC (TV Card). But im not sure if you can do it... Theres something you can buy though..its quite expensive..i saw it somewhere but im not sure.. its Freeview for your PC (or is urs on ** pc??)

Of course!! You simply need a DVB card for the PC. (ie a digital TV card)

You only need good digital reception and a digital TV card. I have a Nebula DigiTV card and I get great Freeview reception with an EPG and the ability to record to my hard disk and to make DVDs of my recordings. Other cards will do exactly the same job. I'm considering the new Terratec Cinergy 2400 PCIex card which has two tuners. The price looks good but I'm not yet sure about its drivers.
