recording whats on the screen

ok, so before people start saying why am i gaming on a mac, the client for eve online rocks for the mac, i have no problems with it

now what i want to do is record what is on my screen while playing eve. what programs can i use?

Quicktime X as shipped with Snow Leopard allows you to do full screen recording.

I use Quicktime X, however I know Screenflow is considered one of the best apps.
