I currently have a OnePlus 6 phone and a cheap tripod that came with a Bluetooth device to start and stop recording. I was wondering what I could do to make the audio a bit better? It sounds quite quiet. Could I use a USB C microphone I pin to my t-shirt or something? If so which one?

I use a hands free headset makes a huge difference to sound quality. Lapel mic is what you should be looking for.
